Our goal is to add value to our client relationships. We have largely eliminated the accounting firm practice of billable hours because we don’t believe that time has a direct correlation to the value of the services we provide. Instead, our clients typically pay a flat monthly retainer that covers all their tax compliance, tax planning and personalized counsel throughout the year.

We encourage our clients to call for advice and we never charge for phone calls, as charging for a phone call seems like a sure way to discourage that.

We also offer flat-fee project based billing, where we provide an up-front quote. No one likes surprises, so we remove the angst out of the billing process.
